salt craving, sakit lidah and bla bla bla

i think i'm in the stage of craving for salt yang sgt kronik. hari2 mesti mau makan itu MSG. hari2 mesti mau cari itu keropok yg berperisa lebih. tapi yg lebih kronok ni ha.. sakit lidah dan lelangit. dah dekat seminggu rasa cenggitu. punca: tak tau. all that i know last week bawak bekal burger sardin. lepas makan tu lidah rasa tebal.
tapi bila makan keropok rasa takde apa2 sangat.
sampai sekarang makan je apa2 mesti rasa tebal lidah. tapi bila makan keropok rasa best aje.
lelangit ni plak rasa pedih je. rasa macam lama je pedih lelangit nih..
so bila dah lama sangat sakit macam2 ni baru le nak buat research: google je...
salt craving
Salt cravings can also be the result of mild dehydration. When you sweat, you lose salt from your body. If you have salt cravings after exercise or after sweating on a hot day, you've probably lost too many electrolytes. Drink Gatorade, or another electrolyte-rich beverage, to replace the electrolytes in your body.

why crave for junk food?

If you crave certain foods from time to time, especially junk foods, then you are certainly not alone. Many people are suddenly struck by a craving for potato chips, candy bars or cookies every now and again. The following are common reasons why men and women crave junk foods.
Hormones - ye la kot
Studies reveal that hormonal changes in women, typically the monthly menstrual cycle, plays an important role in triggering junk food cravings. The level of estrogen in a woman’s body drops as well as the serotonin level in her brain when she is about to have her menstrual period . Serotonin is the brain chemical that is responsible for making a person relaxed and calm. When it decreases, cravings for carbohydrate and fat-rich foods like chocolates, cakes, cookies and potato chips, are triggered by the increase in mood swings of a woman.
Men experience junk food cravings during their teenage years when their hormones are still erratic. But since men do not have monthly hormonal changes in their bodies after puberty, they tend to have fewer junk food cravings than women.
Pregnancy - tak
Medical researchers reveal that the changes in hormones that pregnant women experience and their need to increase the calories intake exhibits changes in their preferred diet. Amongst the common foods that they crave for are chocolates, potato chips and pickles.
Stress- a little bit
It is a common reaction to reach out for a bar of chocolate when you are under stress. Stress increases the need for additional carbohydrate intake to provide more energy to cope with it. With the stressful life that people lead these days, especially in the work section of their lives, it is no wonder that vending machines are available in most offices.
Self Deprivation- ye
When you deprive yourself of the food you crave, it will follow that you will think about that food non-stop until you finally give in. Junk foods are always the first on the list to go when you are dieting or watching your weight. However, chocolates, potato chips and the like are the food you mostly crave because they are easy to get (no preparation at all) and thereby the hardest ones to give up. It is a vicious circle because you deny yourself of the craving but give in and you deny yourself even more.
Other factors, such as nutritional deficiencies, have been linked to junk food cravings. For example, if you are calcium deficient, you may crave yogurt, milk or other foods that are high in calcium. However, these theories are not medically supported. Some cravings are brought about by psychological factors: the smell of cookies baking, seeing television advertisements for cheeseburgers and pizzas, or seeing someone walking past you with a bag of potato chips. When you crave for junk foods, try to restrain yourself from binging, so as not to compromise your weight or your health.

ikan bakar


Sebut saje ikan bakar pasti meleleh air liur. uishhh sedap la makan ikan bakar. makan ikan bakar + air asam ngan nasik saje pun dah cukup menyelerakan..

gambo hiasan semata-mata

semalam dan harini.. menu: ikan bakar.
semalam ikan keli bakar. 4.50.. nasi + sayur + ikan bakar + air asam
harini ikan pari bakar. 5.50 nasi +sayur taugeh, kuchai + ikan bakar +air asam + kerupuk bantal

tapi.. dia punya rasa.. perghhhhh sedap la makan.
i really like ikan bakar.
teringat masa kat uum dulu time final sem. tghr jer asyik kuar gi cari ikan bakar, tepi jalan sintok-changlun. kedainye menarik.. ada unsur-unsur kekampungan+ kegardenan.
pehtu teringat lagi kat kuala perlis. ikan bakar yg sgt best + sotong goreng tepung .. huhhhh besnyer besnyer besnyer. kedai nye kat shell yg mana aweks waiternyer kejantanan, dan sebaliknya yg lelakinye keperempuanan.
last skali pergi last year.. memang lagi ayu dan lebih gemalai dan lebih comei muka budak lembuts itu.
this year nak gi repeat makan ikan bakar kat situ. mestila kena ajak family ke'da. kerana merekalah org yg terbaik apabila tiba bab jalan-jalan carik makan.
ikan bakar kat melaka... besh gak. masak ala portugis.. boh sambal kat atas ikan itu. tak pasti.. kat portugis memang boh sambal gitu ke? atau disebabkan history nama portugis itu terpaahat disitu .
ikan bakar muara.. dah lama tak makan situ. last skali makan memang sedap aje.
ikan bakar tangling.. sedap gak. mahal ler. tapi syok.
ikan bakar giant permata.. besh. air asam dia syok.
ikan bakar melawati.. belakang jpn. besh gak. tapi syok lagi kat giant.
ikan bakar pasar ramadhan melawati (ikan bakar nelayan) syok.. tapi kena cue panjang giler + mahal lak tuh. baik beli yg biasa2 punyer (time ramadhan je ada).. napela tak buat time biasa2 nih. kat mana la derang jual time biasa ni?
ikan bakar.. rasanya menggamit jiwa. i love ikan bakar!

4th anniversary dinner at chillis (again?)

During our 4th anniversary, we all ate at chilli's bangsar (again????)
seronokla makan kat situ. takleh selalu pergi. cant afford it. biarla setahun sekali je pergi. tu pun haritu pergi makan cost about rm100 ++. two adults, 2 kids and 1 baby. extra one kid tu nana. saje je bawak memeriahkan suasana.
so this is our dishes.. yg dah makan. gambar sebelum makan lupa nak amik. hihi.. sabo je lah.
2011 punye anniversary? insya-allah pergi chillis lagi.

darling's burger. signature burger. tapi jagung tu mine. afiq yg nak makan.. so dia letak kat pinggan baba

have to remind myself that WE DONT EAT CHILLI's NACHOS rasanya macam papadom tak de perasa tapi kenapa order ye? duhhh

aniversari di kedai makan chili again

on our 3rd anniversary.. we ate at chili's again. this time at bangsar. with afiq.
hahaha.. memang setahun sekali je gi mkn kat chili. cut cost la beb. makan kat situ satu meal aje dah rm20 lebih. this time my darling ordered triple play. my self chicken pebende ntah.. tgk last year punye entry pun makan chicken gak. then for afiq.. mac n cheese. free. free kids meal yeahhhhh!!
mkn kenyang..sgt.. this time no nachos.. cut cost.

afiq punyer suke makan mac n cheese.. tapi sebuk main ngan anak korea.
main apa ntah. tertonggeng-tonggeng.. dari kerusi.
pehtu bila anak korea tu balik.. bohsan. beramah mesra pulak ngan benggali mana ntah. mesti dia ingat benggali tu atuk mahinder yg selalu suka sakat dia kat klinik tuh.
