so lazy to work out. no time to exercise with 7mth baby and 3 yrs kid..
what to do what to do.
i dont to drink herbalife, i dont want to go to slimming centre. i dont want to go to gym.
what to do?
i wake up at 5, then zarin also wake up- so have to get her back to sleep. then i oso sleep. wake up again at 5.30. sometimes she also wakes. get her back to sleep. i go to sleep as well. wake up again at 6. this time have to prepared going to work. hiya! no time to exercise. sometimes lucky sometimes not. sometimes lazy and most of the time thinking about doing exercise but so lazy to work my butt off.
what to do what to do..
evening. pick up kids from taska.. near 6 pm oredi. pom pam pom pam pom pam siapkan anak2 punya barang nak bawak gi taska esok, makan, mandi, then zarin.. zarin dont want to be left alone. she wants me. and only me can calm her down.
what to do? no time exercise in the evening and nite time.. zarin.
have to make time. have to spare time for exercise, if not i become a gergasi. dah la tinggi. gumuk, beso,
